The HOTEL+SPA offer includes: 1 night for 2 people in a double room, breakfast for 2 people and a wellness programme starting from 82 € per person.

How can I confirm my reservation?
By paying the full amount of your reservation by credit card or bank transfer. You voucher is not
refundable.

Can I book online?
Yes. Click on “book now” and you will be asked to fill a form. You are kindly invited to check the availability
at the SPA in advance. If you have already paid your voucher but there is no availability at the time of your
reservation, you can cancel it for free.

Can I change the date of my stay?
Once booked, the date of your reservation can be modified for free within 48 hours (before 3pm) before
your check-in date and not more than once. Further changes will result in an extra charge of 20€.

Can I make it a gift?
Yes. You can purchase this voucher for yourself or somebody else, without the need to set a date. In case of
a gift, please insert the details of the receiver (name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number) so
we can notify them personally.

When is it possible to go to the SPA?
Any day of the week, except for Sundays. If you book your stay for a Sunday night, you can use the SPA the
next Monday morning.

Is it possible to add a massage?
Yes. In that case, you will get the massage at the end of the wellness programme. The extra cost for this
service is 30€ for 30 minutes and 60€ for 1 hour. You can choose which one you prefer even at your arrival.

What are the service times of the SPA?

Upon availability, it is possible to book a wellness programme during these time slots: 10:00, 12:30, 15:30
and 17:00.

When do I need to check-in at the SPA?
You need to check-in 15 minutes before the scheduled time. In case of delay, you will not be able to enjoy
the full hour at your disposal in order to respect the next appointments.

What does the wellness programme include?
You will have private use of the SPA for 1 hour. It includes a sauna, steam bath, a Jacuzzi and a tropical
shower. Herbal tea will be served in the relax area.

What do I need wear for the wellness programme?
You will be required to wear a swimsuit. Your voucher includes also a courtesy kit ( a big, medium and a
little towel, a pair of slippers, a shower cap and soap).

What are the main anti-COVID 19 rules to follow?
The area of SPA is big and ventilated. Since you will have private use of the SPA (from a min of 2 people to a
max of 4) you will not be required to wear a mask. At the end of each session, the area will be fully
sanitized with alcohol and ammonia.

Is it possible to add dinner to my voucher?
Yes, upon availability at the hotel’s restaurant.
