Staying in a hotel that offers breakfast allows you to start your day in the most relaxing way possible. Breakfast at Badia Nuova is served in the restaurant inside the structure. You will find a buffet with a wide variety of products ranging from typical Sicilian to the classic continental breakfast.
You can enjoy sweet and savory products for breakfast. There is no shortage of milk, tea, coffee, barley, biscuits, rusks, sweets, cakes, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juices, jams, marmalades, chocolate. For guests with stronger tastes, here are Sicilian cheeses and cured meats, scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, fresh bread as well as mixed salads.
You will always find freshly baked croissants, homemade cakes such as crumbled ricotta and jam tart. The Sicilian pastry shop will be the host with Sicilian cassata and cannoli along with typical baked biscuits such as tricotti, almond and fig biscuits.
Freshly squeezed orange juice is served upon request.
